1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using NOMADTIPS3, you agree to these Terms of Service to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the website.

2. Nature of the service

NOMADTIPS3 provides football information, match analysis, statistical records, predictions, live match indicators and market-reference information.

NOMADTIPS3 is an information and analytical service. It is not a bookmaker, betting exchange, gambling operator, payment processor or wagering intermediary. NOMADTIPS3 does not accept wagers, hold customer betting balances, process deposits or withdrawals, or place bets on behalf of users.

3. No guaranteed sporting outcome
